Your domain name and company email address are an important part of your online identity and branding and, as such, are critical to your success or failure in the online marketplace.  

You may already have an established trading name you want to register as a domain name. This is fine as long as it is available to use. Alternatively, you might want to give some thought to your online name to ensure it stands out from the crowd (see our choosing a domain name page for advice on this subject). 

We can purchase your domain name for you and forward it to your website so that when your customers type in your address, they end up at your site. We will also include the set up of up to 10 business email addresses (e.g. yourname@yourcompany.co.uk or info@yourcompany.co.uk) We will advise you on how to set these up to receive emails in Outlook Express or for them to be forwarded to any other email address you choose. 

Domain Name Management                                                                                   If you need to make any changes to your domain name or add more email addresses, simply call us and we will carry out your instructions at no extra cost (provided you remain an SWS customer).

Domain Renewal                                                                                                    If you don't renew your domain name after the initial included period (2 years), it will result in the suspension or even loss of your chosen domain. All your branding, email addresses, business cards etc will all become invalid overnight. To ensure that this doesn't happen, we will automatically renew your domain name unless you inform us otherwise.
