 "What should I realistically expect from my company website?"

That depends on what you want to achieve from it. We recommend that you think about your e-strategy from the outset so that you have an idea of what you want to spend and what you expect to get back. As outsiders, we can often spot any obvious flaws in your calculations and make you aware of them.   

"How much will a website cost?"

Our website prices will vary depending on what you ask us for. A 4 page brochure website will obviously cost a great deal less than a fully enabled e-commerce site with 100+ product pages.   

"How long will it take to get my site up and running?"

This will depend on how quickly you can give us the content information we need. As a general rule, if you supply us with this at the agreed time, a simple brochure site will take 2 weeks and an e-commerce site will take 4 weeks.

"I already have a website. Can you re-design it?"

Yes. We can re-design your site keeping your existing branding and style, or we can give it a completely fresh look and bring it up-to-date by incorporating the latest web trends and technologies.   

"I run a small business in the (various) trade. How will a website help me?

A website can benefit pretty much any small business with goods or services to offer. Visit our why have a website page for some of the reasons why not having one means you could be missing out.     

"What is meant by search engine optimisation?"

Search engine optimisation, or SEO, is a form of internet marketing aimed at achieving a high page ranking with the likes of Google, Yahoo, MSN and other search engines. For more information, see our search engine optimisation page.    

"Can we update our website or do we have to come back to you?"

Once your website has been completed, we will provide you with on-site training on how to amend and add content yourself. Going forward, we will continue to be available to assist you with minor edits and amends to text and images at no extra cost. 

"How long would we be contracted to you?" 

You wouldn't be!! We do not ask you to be tied into us. What we do ask is that you pay your monthly hosting fee each month by standing order. If you are dissatisfied with our service you can cancel at any time by giving us one month's notice. 

"What if I'm not very computer literate?"

You don't need to be an expert. If you can write a Word document or draft an email you will be able to use the software to run your website. We will also be available to help if you get stuck.

"What happens if the website crashes or something else goes wrong?"

The information on your site is backed up every single day of the year. We use one of the leading web hosting companies in the world. "What are your payment terms?"

We ask for 50% of the agreed fee at the time of ordering and the remaining 50% when all work is completed and the site goes live. The monthly hosting fee and/or monthly BizSub search engine optimisation fee (optional) is payable by standing order.
